The timber frame: the timbers, CNC-cut and joined with pegged mortise-and-tenon joinery, the pegs, and drawings for every piece.

What does my builder handle?

Your builder handles the foundation and site work, the enclosure (walls, roof, insulation), windows and doors, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and the interior finish.

Is engineering included with a kit?

Kits are sold without engineering. On request, we work with outside engineering firms that specialize in timber frames.
