The kit is the timber frame: CNC-cut members, pegged mortise-and-tenon joinery, and the drawings you need to understand the pieces. You or your builder raise the frame. Your builder handles the rest of the house.

Permits and engineering
Kits are sold without engineering. If you need engineering, we bring in an outside engineering firm that specializes in timber frames, so the frame fits your local requirements and how you'll use the building. Shipping is quoted for the site and the order.
